تحلیل، بررسی نقش پوتین رئیس جمهور روسیه در افزایش بی سابقه تنش های خطرناک دو هفته اخیر بین ایران و امریکا + متن انگلیسی

یادآوری: من شخصیت پوتین را که بشدت در تلاش است بوسیله بازی دادن کشورهای منطقه و حتی امریکا و دیگر کشورهای غربی برای کشورش امنیت و منافع بیشتر کسب کند تحسین می کنم اما کار او را ناجوانمردانه و غیر انسانی و خیانت به اعتماد دوستانش می دانم. همه باید مواظب فریب و نیرنگ پوتین باهوش باشند.     

پوتین رئیس جمهور روسیه زیرک و باهوش روسیه بدلیل الحاق شبه جزیره کریمه در تحریم شدید اروپا و امریکا و هم پیمانان آنها قرار دارد. با شروع جنگ داخلی در سوریه و اشغال بخش بزرگی از آن توسط داعش و ترکیه و نیروهای که از عربستان و امارات و غیره فرمان می گرفتند و پایگاه های روسیه در سوریه بخطر افتاد در این شرایط سردار سلیمانی به مسکو سفر کرد و با ملاقات با پوتین نهایتا او را راضی کرد در سوریه برای نجات پایگاهای روسیه دخالت نظامی کنند. سر انجام در سال 2019 نیروهای روسیه، سوریه ، عراق و ایران و حزب الله و باکمک  داوطلبان زیادی از کشورهای اسلامی، دولت سوریه توانست  به بخش زیادی از  کشور دوباره مسلط گردد. در این شرایط بود که در سال 2019 پوتین و مجموعه دولت و نیروهای مسلح روسیه شرایط را در سوریه مورد بررسی مجدد قرار دادند و به این نتیجه رسیدند که ایران در سوریه دست برتر را دارد. بنا بر گزارش  برخی از رسانه های اسراییلی و غربی روسیه    در توافقی محرمانه به اسراییل چراغ سبز نشان دادند تا نیروهای ایران و هم پیمانان آنرا در سوریه مورد حملات هوایی و موشکی خود قرار دهد.  اما وقتی دید فرماندهی سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی  و هم پیمانان قدرتمندی چون حزب الله را نمی تواند از میدان بدر کند، شرایطی را بوجود آورد تا ترامپ رئیس جمهور تحت فشار آمریکا برای نجات از استیضاح و شکست در انتخابات 2020 ریاست جمهوری، دست به ترور فرمانده شجاع و بزرگ ایران سپهبد قاسم سلیمانی دست بزند و روسیه در ابتدا بطور بسیار زیرکانه ای  و بصورت ضمنی این ترور را محکوم کرد اما بلافاصله بطور محرمانه به سوریه سفر کرد و بر اساس گزارش رسانه های منطقه و جهان او از بشار اسد رئیس جمهور سوریه خواست تا از ترامپ دعوت کند به سوریه سفر کند. هنگامی که مسئولان جمهوری اسلامی ایران در واکنش به جنایت بزرگ ترور سپهبد سلیمانی  از طریق  سپاه پاسداران قدرتمند با موشک به پایگاه عین الاسد امریکا در عراق حمله کردند و بخش زیادی از آن را ویران کردند، رئیس جمهور روسیه  و مقامات نظامی او هیچگونه حمایت نظامی و یا سیاسی را از جمهوری اسلامی ایران را اعلام نکردند. بنظر می رسد روسیه هنوز امیدوار است تا جنگ بزرگی بین ایران و امریکا در آینده نزدیک در بگیرد تا روسیه در حاشیه امن قرار بگیرد. بر اساس رسانه های منطقه و جهان روسیه در ایجاد شرایطی که منجر به سقوط هواپیمای اوکراینی بر اثر اشتباه غیر عمد پدافند هوایی ایران سرنگون شد دست داشته است، ظاهرا این روسیه بوده که به ایران گزارش کرده چند موشک و هواپیمای امریکای برای حمله در آسمان ایران در حال پرواز بوده اند . پوتین همزمان در تلاش است  برای نفوذ بیشتر در منطقه و جهان با ترکیه هم پیمان گردد. در واقع او بدنبال سوی استفاده از قدرت و نفوذ ترکیه بنفع روسیه است. اردوغان رئیس جمهور ترکیه با زرنگی هم سامانه های اس 400 را از روسیه تحویل گرفت و هم در شمال سوریه با موافقت  روسیه مستقر شده است و در مقابل بعنوان  بازوی روسیه برای وارد کردن فشار به ایران و کشورهای عرب ثروتمند خلیج فارس  عمل می کند. بهمین دلیل است که ترکیه تاکنون حاضر نشده است تا ترور سپهبد سلیمانی را بصورت رسمی محکوم کند و فقط بطور ضمنی آنرا ناقض قوانین بین المللی دانست. بنظر می رسد حضور ترکیه در لیبی و قطر نیز بهمین دلیل انجام شده است. حال پرسش اساسی اینجاست که آیا کشورهای منطقه و بوِیژه دو دولت امریکا و ایران و متحدانشان فعالیتهای پوتین را مورد ارزیابی مجدد قرار داده اند؟

Note: I admire Putin's character who is working hard to gain more security and benefits by playing the region and even America and other Western countries for his country, but I consider his work cowardly and inhumane and a betrayal of the trust of his friends. Everyone should beware of Putin's clever deception.

 Clever Putin the Russian President is under heavy sanctions by Europe and the United States and their allies for annexing the Crimean peninsula. By the onset of the civil war in Syria and the occupation of much of it by ISIS and Turkey and forces commanded by Saudi Arabia, the UAE, etc, the Russian bases in Syria endangered, meanwhile,  Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani traveled to Moscow to meet with Putin. Eventually, he was persuaded to intervene in Syria to rescue Russian bases. By the end of 2019, Russian, Syrian, Iraqi and Iranian forces and Hezbollah and with the help of many volunteers from Islamic countries, the Syrian government was able to regain control of much of the country. in 2019, Putin and the Russian government and the Armed Forces re-examined the situation in Syria, and concluded that Iran had the upper hand in Syria. Some Israeli and Western media reported that Russian gave Israel a green light in a secret deal to launch air and missile strikes Iran and its allies in Syria. But when he saw the command of Lieutenant General Qassim Suleimani and his powerful allies such as Hezbollah could not get off the field, so, President Putin and his officials created conditions for President Trump to assassinate the courageous commander of Iran's great General Lieutenant-General Qassim Suleimani, in order to win the impeachment and the 2020 presidential election. the big crime was done and Suleimani was killed by the US drones according to the direct Trump's order. the Russian president Putin initially condemned the assassination very subtly, but immediately traveled to Syria secretly while, according to local and international media reports, asked Syrian President Bashar Assad to Invite Trump to travel to Syria in order to decrease the Iran influence in Syria. Russian officials declare no military or political support to the Islamic Republic of Iran when Iranian authorities in response to the massive assassination of General Soleimani by launching a heavy missiles attack US base  Ain AL-Assad in Iraq and destroy most parts of it.  Russia needed to impose a big war between the two great countries of Iran and USA, I think, they still seem to be hoping for a major war between Iran and the US in the near future to keep Russia on the safe side. According to Russian and regional media, Russia was involved in creating conditions that resulted in the downing of a Ukrainian plane by an unintentional mistake of Iranian air defenses, because ( apparently ), Russian officials reported to Iran that several US missiles and planes have been flying in Iranian air to attack some aims. At the same time, Putin is trying to ally with Turkey in order to extend more influence in the region and the world. In fact, he seeks to use Turkey's power and influence only for the benefit of Russia. therefor, Turkish President Erdogan has asked Putin to deliver both the S 400 systems and having permission to deploy in northern Syria, and Putin agreed right away for imposing more pressure on Iran and the wealthy Arab Gulf states. That is why Turkey has so far refused to officially condemn the assassination of Lieutenant General Soleimani, and only implicitly condemned it as violating international law. Turkey's presence in Libya and Qatar also appears to have been the reason. The key question now is whether the countries of the region, especially the two US governments, Iran and their allies, are re-evaluating Putin's activities or not?!. I suggest President Putin and the republicans review their actions against Iran for the benefit of Russia and in opposite to INTERESTS AND SECURITY OF the USA, WILL THEY DO IT?.
