  جناب آقای آنتونیو گوترش دبیر کل محترم سازمان ملل متحد

سلام

من سعید شجاعی سعدی بعنوان یک پژوهشگر و فعال اینترنت محور فرهنگ و صلح جهانی بدلیل احساس خطر برای آغاز جنگ جهانی سوم اقدام به نگارش این نامه به جنابعالی می نمایم امیدوارم این نامه بتواند کمکی در راه گسترش صلح و امنیت جهانی و نیز ارزشهای انسانی و اخلاقی در جهان بوسیله بیدار کردن وجدانهای خواب آلود تصمیم سازان جهانی باشد.   

در ابتدا لازم بذکر است که من از دهه 1990 در نامه های خود به سران کشورها و سازمانهای بین المللی و نیزدر تحلیل هایم که بر اساس نتایج پژوهشهای انجام گرفته ام بدست آمده بود هشدار دادم که قرن 21 جهان با تحولات بزرگ سیاسی، فرهنگی و امنیتی روبرو خواهد شد که نهایتا منجر به پدید آمدن سازمانها و جریانات اجتماعی، سیاسی و دینی بشدت رادیکال خواهد گردید.

این جریانات و سازمانهای بشدت تندرو رهبرانی را بر کشورها (از طریق کودتا، انقلاب یا انتخابات ) حاکم می کنند که نهایتا جنگ جهانی سوم را در قرن 21 رقم خواهند زد. متاسفانه پیش بینی های من خیلی زودتر از انتظارم در حال عملی شدن است. 

عالیجناب :

همه می دانیم در جنگ جهانی سوم کشورهای دارای سلاحهای اتمی و دیگر سلاحهای کشتار جمعی با استفاده گسترده از آنها جهان را در آستانه محو حیات انسانی، جانوری و گیاهی روی کره زمین روبرو خواهند ساخت.

بهمین دلیل اکثر کشورهای جهان در تلاشند تا هرچه زودتر به این سلاح اتمی و دیگر سلاحهای کشتار جمعی دست یابند تا در جنگ جهانی سوم از آنها  استفاده کنند. البته آنها ادعا خواهند کرد که برای دفاع از کشور و ملت خود دست به چنین کاری می زنند.

عالیجناب:

در همان دهه نود میلادی من بر اساس پژوهشهای انجام داده خود پیش بینی کردم که در قرن 21 سازمان ملل متحد مورد بدترین حملات سیاسی و غیره قرار خواهد گرفت تا کارایی و اثر بخشی خود را در معادلات و رویدادهای جهانی را از دست بدهد. متاسفانه دیدیم که هم اکنون آنها تا اندازی موفق شده اند به هدف خود برسند.

عالیجناب:

من از جنابعالی از جایگاه یک پژوهشگر و فعال اینترنت محور فرهنگ و صلح جهانی درخواست می نمایم تا درجلسه سالانه مجمع عمومی سازمان ملل متحد در که از سپتامبر 2022 شروع می گردد با ارایه طرحی از سران کشورها بخواهید در تاریخی که سازمان ملل متحد تعیین می کند شخصا حضور یابند تا به طراحی سازمان جدیدی در جهان برای حل و فصل اختلافات بین کشورها بصورت موثر اقدام نمایند یا اختیارات سازمان ملل متحد فعلی را چنان گسترش دهند تا بتواند به وظیفه خود در راه حفظ یا گسترش صلح و امنیت جهانی عمل نماید.

عایجناب:

اگر موفق به انجام این کار نشدید از جنابعالی درخواست می نمایم برای ادامه بقای انسان در جهان هستی به سران کشورها پیشنهاد فوری دهید تا زمینه اعزام تعداد قابل توجه ای از زنان و مردان جوان را از نژادهای مختلف به کره مریخ فراهم سازند! چرا که متاسفانه تحلیل من که بر اساس پژوهش های انجام گرفته، نشان از قطعی بودن جنگ جهانی سوم و نابودی بخش عمده ای از حیات انسانی، جانوری و گیاهی در قرن 21 دارد.

عالیجناب:

در پایان به اطلاع حضرتعالی می رسانم در طی سی سال گذشته هر چه از دستم بر آمده برای گسترش صلح و امنیت جهانی از طریق انجام پژوهشها و ارایه تحلیل و نگارش نامه های متعدد به سران کشورها و سازمانهای جهانی انجام داده ام و در این راه سختیها و محدودیت ها و ستم فراوانی را که بر من تحمیل گردید تحمل نموده و در این حدود سی سال هیچگونه کمک مادی و معنوی از هیچ فرد حقیقی و یا حقوقی ایرانی و خارجی دریافت ننموده ام.

 من برای انسانیت، اخلاق ، گسترش صلح و فرهنگ در جهان و جلوگیری از بروز جنگ جهانی سوم نیمی از عمرم را صرف کردم این در هنگامی بود که دیگران درگیر کسب قدرت و ثروت از هر طریق ممکن بدون رعایت عدالت و انسانیت بودند.

من در سی سال گذشته به دنبال جهانی امن تر برای بشریت و نسلهای آتی بودم، بهمین دلیل اکنون احساس آرامش می کنم و از اینکه نیمی از عمرم را در اینراه صرف کردم پشیمان نیستم، هر چند از لحاظ مالی عقب باشم چرا که  انسانی که به عدالت، اخلاق و انسانیت اهمیت ندهد بسیار ذلیل و فقیر است اگر چه قدرت و ثروت فراوان داشته باشد.

عالیجناب:

متاسفانه در کشور عزیزم" ایران"  نتوانستم مجوز تاسیس "مرکز مطالعات فرهنگ و صلح جهانی" را دریافت کنم و بدلیل هزینه سنگین انتشار کتاب یا مجله و ندادن مجوز لازم در کشورم موفق به انتشار تحلیلها و نتایج پژوهشهایم برغم گذشت سالهای طولانی بجز آنچه را که در صفحات اینترنتی منتشر کردم،  نشدم. اگر در اینباره برای تاسیس مر کز فوق در خارج از ایران عزیز و انتشار نتایج پژوهشهای فرهنگی و صلح جهانی مایل به کمک به من هستید خوشحال می شوم اطلاع دهید. به امید حاکم شدن عقل و منطق بر روابط بین الملل و جلوگیری از فروپاشی نظم جهانی و نیز تغییر فکر و عمل همه کسانی که در قرن 21 بدنبال تندروی و شروع جنگ جهانی سوم و نابوی کره زمین هستند.

I, Saeed Shojaei Saadi, am an internet-based researcher and activist of World Culture and Peace, because of the possible risk of starting World War III, I am writing this letter to you.

 I hope it could wake up the sleepy consciences of the global decision-makers.

Initially, it should be noted that in my letter to the heads of international organizations and countries, as well as in my analysis based on the results of research from 30 years ago, I have warned that the 21st century with significant political, cultural, and security changes would eventually lead to the emergence of the radical social, political, and religious organizations and movements in all parts of the world.

These extremely radical currents and organizations determine leaders over countries (through coups, revolutions, or elections) that will eventually lead to World War III in the 21st century. Unfortunately, now my predictions are doing much earlier than I expected.

Excellency :

I foresee that in World War III countries with nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction will use them against each other, of course, they would claim to defend their countries which finally lead the world to face the verge of destroying the human, animal, and plant life on Earth.

For this reason, most countries in the world are now trying to achieve nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction as soon as possible to use them in a possible World War III. Of course, they will claim to do so to defend their country and nation.

Excellency:

In the 1990s, I predicted that in the 21st century the United Nations would be under the worst political so on, attacks to lose its effectiveness in global equations and events. Unfortunately, we saw that they have now succeeded in reaching their semi-goal.

Excellency:

I deeply ask you on the position of a researcher and an internet-based internet-based international culture and peace center, personally to ask the heads of states in the annual meeting of the UN General Assembly, which begins in September 2022 in NewYork to design a new organization in the world to resolve disputes between countries effectively or to expand the current UN power and authorities so that it can fulfill the task of maintaining world peace and security excelently.

If you fail to do so, please offer the leaders of the countries to provide a plan for continuing human beings to survive in the universe by sending a good deal of men and women to Mars, because according to my analysis, based on research, unfortunately, the World War III will destruct the most part of human, animal and plant life on the earth.

Excellency:

In final, I am willing to inform you that I have tried to expand world peace and security by conducting research and presenting numerous letters to the leaders of countries and world organizations over the past thirty years.

 and in this way, I have endured the many restrictions, oppression, and hardships imposed on me while I have not received any kind of support and assistance from real or legal Iranian or foreign persons during the past thirty years when I started my activities.in fact, I spent half of my life on humanity and ethics to spread peace, culture, and human rights in the world and tried to the prevention of World War III as possible.

Excellency:

 When others were involved in gaining power and wealth in any possible way without respect for justice and humanity, I was looking for a safer world for humanity and future generations. That's why I feel relaxed now, though I have been financially left behind.

I believe that a man who does not care about dignity, justice, and humanity is very humiliating and poor, though he has a lot of power, wealth, and influence on some things.

 

Excellency:

Unfortunately, in my dear "Iran", I was unable to obtain a license to establish a "World Culture and Peace Studies Center" and because of the heavy cost of publishing a book or magazine and not issuing the necessary authorization in my country, so I was not able to publish the most of my analysis and results of my research, except what I published on the web pages.

Excellency:

 If you and others would like to help me to establish the above-mentioned center and publish the results of cultural research and world peace, I would be happy to know about your decision. 

Hoping to rule wisdom and logic over international relations in order to prevent the collapse of world order, as well as to change the thought and action of all those seeking extremism and the beginning of World War III and the Blind of the Earth.
