دو پیشنهاد بنده سعید شجاعی سعدی به سازمان ملل متحد برای گسترش صلح و امنیت و نابودی فقر و عقب مانده گی در جهان

هدف از تقدیم دو پیشنهاد زیر:

تجربه نشان داده است کشورهای هر قاره بهتر می توانند مشکلات سیاسی، امنیتی و غیره قاره خود را درک نموده و آنها را حل نمایند.

اگر این دو پیشنهاد عملی گردند، دیگر دلیلی وجود نخواهد داشت که بحرانهای منطقه ای، جهان را، تا نزدیکی جنگ جهانی سوم پیش ببرند.

 بعلاوه این پیشنهادات می تواند راهکار بزرگی برای گسترش صلح و امنیت در دنیا باشد و از سوی دیگر این اجرای این پیشنهادات می تواند فقر و عقب مانده گی را در جهان بسرعت کاهش دهد.

اجرای این پیشنهادات همچنین می تواند عدالت اجتماعی را در جهان گسترش دهد و تروریزم ، افراط گرایی (دینی و غیر دینی) و نژاد پرستی را در جهان کاهش چشمگیری دهد.    

پیشگفتار:   

 اینجانب سعید شجاعی سعدی ، بعنوان یک پژوهشگر و فعال اینترنت محور صلح و فرهنگ جهانی از ایران،

 1- برای گسترش و حفظ صلح وامنیت جهانی 

2- برای احترام به حق حاکمیت ملی کشورها 

3- برای احترام به همه فرهنگها و نژادهای مختلف جوامع انسانی 

4- برای احترام به حقوق بشر

5 - برای کمک به بهداشت و سلامتی  مردمان جهان.

6- برای گسترش علم و سوادآموزی در جوامع انسانی

7- برای از بین بردن هرگونه فقر و عقب مانده گی در جوامع انسانی.   

دو پیشنهاد زیر را تقدیم می نمایم:

امیدوارم این دو پیشنهاد بتواند صلح، امنیت، دوستی و همکاریهای همه جانبه ای را بدون هر نوع دشمنی و جنگ به همه مردمان جهان تقدیم نماید. اجرای این پیشنهادات می تواند تا حد بسیار زیادی از بوجود آمدن بحرانهای سیاسی و جنگ در قاره های جهان جلوگیری نماید.

الف- پیشنهاد اول:

پیشنهاد می نمایم تا در هر قاره یک شورا با نام "شورای میانجیگری و صلح" تشکیل گردد که وظیفه این شورا جلوگیری از بروز هرنوع جنگ در هرقاره مربوط به خود باشد.

 

این شورا می تواند بعنوان نماینده قانونی سازمان ملل متحد و با اختیاراتی که از سوی شورای امنیت سازمان ملل گرفته است، بین کشورها در قاره خود میانجیگری نموده و اجازه ندهد مشکلات کوچک بین کشورها به یک بحران بزرگ و نهایتا جنگ تبدیل گردد.

اگر کشوری حاضر نشد میانجیگری شورا را بپذیرد، در اینصورت این شورا می تواند کشور متخلف را به شورای امنیت سازمان ملل متحد جهت بررسی موضوع و  تصمیم سازی لازم معرفی نماید.

Two important suggestions by Saeed Shojaei Saadi to the United Nations for the promotion of peace and security and the destruction of poverty and backwardness in the world

The purpose of the two proposals is:

Experience has shown that countries in each continent can better understand and resolve their continent's political, security and other issues.

If these two proposals are put into practice, there will be no reason to push regional crises around the world until the Third World War.

 In addition, these proposals can be a great solution to the spread of peace and security in the world, and on the other hand, the implementation of these proposals can quickly reduce poverty and backwardness in the world rapidly.

Implementing these proposals can also expand social justice in the world and reduce terrorism, extremism (religious and non-religious) and racism in the world.

Preface:

 I am Saeed Shojaei Saadi, as  an Internet-based world's peace and culture researcher and activist from Iran,

my suggestions will provide the following implementations:

 1- To expand and maintain peace and security

2- To respect the sovereignty of nations

3- To respect all cultures and races of human societies

4- To respect human rights

5 - To help the health of the people of the world.

6. To promote science and literacy in human societies

7- To eliminate any poverty and backwardness in human societies.

I offer two suggestions below:

I hope that these two proposals can bring peace, security, friendship and all-round cooperation between all people of the world without any kind of hostility and war. The implementation of these proposals can greatly prevent the emergence of political crises and wars on the continents of the world.

A. First offer:

I suggest that a continental council be set up, called the "Council for Mediation and Peace", whose mandate is to prevent any kind of war in any part of the world.

 

It can mediate between the countries of its contents as a United Nations legal representative and with the mandate of the UN Security Council and not allow small problems between countries to become a major crisis and ultimately a war.

If a country refuses to accept the mediation of the council, then it can bring the offending country to the UN Security Council to review the matter and make the necessary decisions.

A.1. How to Form a "Council for Mediation and Peace" on every continent of the world:

I suggest:

Initially, the United Nations General Assembly will discuss the issue of the formation of the Council and adopt a constitution for it and endorse it at the end of the UN Security Council.

A.2. How to choose council members in each continent:

I propose that the United Nations General Assembly elect a council member for each year for each continent and send it to the UN Security Council for approval. After the adoption of the UN Security Council, the Mediation and Peace Council will officially begin its work on each continent.

A.3. The number of members of each council:

 

The number of members of each mediation and peace council can be selected based on the number of countries in each continent with the recognition of the United Nations General Assembly.

I propose that on every continent in the world, be a United Nations organization that has its duties exactly like the United Nations, but its decisions are only for its continent.

B-1. The name of this organization:

I suggest that the name of this organization be "the United Nations, Asia-Continent, ARPA, America".

B. 2. How to form a continental United Nations:

This organization can be formed on the basis of the United Nations but on a continental scale.
